I have done everything I can find on the first level, I have gotten tne acorns, given the djinn his flask, gotten the lightning and frost keys, but I can't get into the 2 portals. It says I need some key, but I don't know where to get it. I believe it has something to do with the dryads, but they don't ask for the acorns. The walk-thru says to just hop in the portal, I wish I could !
Go to the room with the dryads in it, then walk down past them and you should reach a bedroom, in one of the chests or cabitnets is the key you need, be careful, the room has lots of traps in it.

Strange thing happened -- the first time i went to this room, i used a thief to clear the traps, and the key didnt show up in the chest. I later went back with the character that gad the acorns and the key was there. For me it seemed to be the case that only the character with the acorns could get the key.
I had the key, then went through the portal, then went back through the portal to the first dungeon, then tried to get back through the portal but no longer had the key to do so. Can the key be used only once or am I missing something?
