I have been Playing this game 4 over a month now part time wat i need help with is trying to understand the gargoyles when they speak... I have been told by NPC's that i need a device... If someone knows where it is or something like that please reply.

You need the Stone mouth to speak with the gargoyles which you can get from teh Ancient Tomb. Check the walkthrough here
