need help on quest bad

i cant find Hassour Zainsubani, i know the in that he's supposed to be in and all that but i searched the entire place over and over and i cant find him, all the people say he's downstairs reading or in the backroom, anyone can help?

Take the stairs directly going down from bar section, not the ones going down to larger area. HZ should be one of standing facing the stairs. When you enter the bar section, stairs are on your right. Might be covered by plants, so you don´t notice them first.
