Scribing additional spells?
Hi,
I'm not satisfied with the limited spells available to my magic users
In the old gold box D&D games, additional spells could be gained by scribing from scrolls into the "Spell book." However, I can't figure out how to do this. How to add additional spells?

IIRC you can't scribe new spells to either Clerics or Sorcerors in any D&D games pnp or computer. Only Mages can learn new spells from scrolls and that was one of the classes thay left out. Sorry.

Of course it was left out, POR already got Sorcerers, Mages and Sorcerers all cast Arcane Spells, POR won't want 2 Arcane Casters in the game, different types.Originally posted by Skuld

But then, you can rest.

Not at all. They were the holy people to the Gaels(not just restricted to Ireland), and strange enough some of which were skilled in playing the harp and storytelling, and some were better at healing. There were also some who were good at both. Usually higher ranking Druids were advisors to royalty because they were schooled in law.
