System requirements?

Post by Astafas »

Could someone please state the system requirements for KotOR? The game isn't available in Sweden yet, and I'm about to upgrade my computer...

System requirements arent set yet, but I would guess they are about that of NWN, if not a tad higher.

The Xbox uses an Intel 733 P-III CPU, a variation of nVidia's 64 MB GeForce2 graphics card and has 64 MB of DDR SDRAM. If your PC has about those same specs, you should be able to run Knights of the Old Repbulic just fine.

The Xbox doesn't have alot of other programs running in the background using RAM and CPU power... I mean, just WindowsXP will require 128MB ram to run properly.

Besides, the PC version will likely have enhanced graphics... and from what I hear, the Xbox version doesn't exactly have a great framerate .

If you are going to upgrade your computer, make it last atlest a year, not just to meet the Kotor requirements :)
