Of the one guy who poisons you in Baldur's Gate, or the file name of the antidote. I accidently killed Lothander, and I went to the Blushing Mermaid, but what's his face isn't there, so now the only thing I can do is cheat to live.

the antidote itself doesn't cure you, you'll be cured when you confront MAREK who is the bad guy.

Marek can be found upstairs in the Blushing Mermaid, unless your killing of Lothander has changed things. As Curry stated, you need to kill Marek to cure your party. Also, don't miss out on the Tome of Wisdom which you would have come across if you had seen the geas quest through. How recent is your last save game before killing Lothander? You could consider a reload, that or I believe that if Marek really is gone, then your only option is to cheat to spawn him

If you kill Lothander, Marek won't appear. This happened to me the first or second time I played.

However, you have 10 days to live and that should be plenty of time to complete the game, as long as you don't delay.

The only alternative is reverting to a prior saved game.
