Um, @Crono, mods can, and so can the site owner. But it's only done in extreme cases, or at least, that's the theory. Try clicking on the Forum Rules, above, too. That will give you a good idea what's allowed, and what isn't.

Note, we can also raise boils, dry up your crops, and cause your hair to fall out.
