Locked, dangit!

Okey dokey, I need to get the Anarenen's Devil Tanto outta a locked chest. It's at 65. I can't open it. None of the spells I have go above 60. What do I do now? Help pwease

Other options depend on your security skill. With high skill an apprentice lockpick will do; with low skill you'll need a master or even grandmaster. If you have neither, put this on hold. There is also a scroll to open 100pts - await that.
