Will Renal foreclose PC's thieves guild during Chapter 4's extended leave? (SPOILERS)

Will Renal foreclose PC's thieves guild during Chapter 4's extended leave?

Hello! I have a question on the effect of advancing to Chapter 4, and its subsequent long journeys away from mainland have on the thieves guild.

It is going to be some time before Renal can receive the next payment (I paid him off right before embarking on the journey. However at least 5 days have passed after arriving on the destination, not to mention at least 5 more days of hard travel just to get back). Will Renal foreclose the thieves guild because of my inability to return to the mainland and oversee the transfer during Chapter 4's series of journeys?

Thank you and I certainly wish every NPC / Stronghold events are temporarily paused during Chapter 4. It would be very inconvenient to lose Jahiera, Anomen, or any other party members wandering off to do their own things on that stage of the game. If they leave, the party would be left crippled until back to mainland.

After you exit the Underdark at the end of chapter 5 or 6 I believe, 5 I think, you will be encountered by elves to help fight Irenicus. You must find allies to face Bodhi before going for Irenicus. So you go tot he thieves guild and you will be asked to see Renal. Talk to him and ask for help, tell him that if he doesn't help and you fail, Bodhi could come for Renal and build her guild again. This will force him to help. That is all I'll ruin for you

You'll lose the stronghold if you don't pay regulary, but you'll be able to buy it back. I did it twice.

I just went through the underdark (including fish city, all areas of the underdark, and killing everyone in the drow city) & came back to my guild, and he didn't foreclose. Something like 10 days had lapsed, but the dialogue was the same as all the others.
