Running a Thieves Guild

Okay I'm currently an evil thief running the thieves guild that used to be Mae'Var's ... I have no idea what to do and I really don't want to get it taken away because I love money. Any tips on cool things I can do to get it to thrive, and also other features that some may not know about the thieves guild?

Fable, I hate to ask it, but how is anything he said a spoiler? (Just asking because if I don't see it, he may not... And more importantly, I may be missing a "general principle" of moderate import

)

what people will answer him is a SPOLIER hence the reson
some people like to find out stuff like this alone...

Oh well nevermind I wont start an argument. Would youl like me to CREATE a new post? Or would you just like for peopel who reply to do what they ususally do and black out the text.

Unlike the other Strongholds, whether or not your people get caputured seems to be all about chance. If you love money then stick em on high difficulty. You should be able to easily pay the bribes for any that get caught.
However, I've never tried slavery, so I don't know if you get exta penalties for that.
