I took the evil option at the druid grove and poisoned it and killed all the druids...when i went back logan rejected me, now i dont get any ceremony and no nobles come up to me for the quest involving the crypt...is there a way to get this quest started without the ceremony?

No, but I believe you can still do the Genie quest. I am not sure if you will get the reward from Buysa if you do, though.

the genies are fine :)
in fact if you do the druid quest the evil way you get 2 shields of harmony +3 :) (one from evil quest-giver and one for genie quest)
