Modron's cube

Post by Heart_of_winteR »

How can I give the Modron's Cobe to Coaxmetal? I want to earn a weapon of enthropia. I've pased the easy and normal level of modron's maze. Maybe I should pass the highest level? Mine Nameless One has 13 level of charisma if it's important.

If I recall the conversation correctly, you don't have to give anything to Coaxmetal to get such a weapon. You simply need an INT or WIS of 16 or greater. Just follow through all the potential dialog options that are available to each of their branches.

Sorry for my english, I'm a bit tired :p I've read about Entropic Blade(on GameBanshee@planescape torment actualy) and the description says that you've got the blade after giving the modron cube to coaxmetal - check it.

I don't doubt you--I just know that Coaxmetal never took the Cube from me, and I got the blade, anyway.

And your English isn't bad, though your apology speaks well for you. What's your native language? If you're more comfortable in German, feel free to PM with your question in that. I'm not extremely fluent in German, but I can get by, and I'll be glad to help. :)

I've pumped my intelligence to level 17, and talked with Coaxmetal. I've found something new about siege tower, but nothing new about Entropic blade :( I've tried all the dialog options couple of times and nothing.

That's odd: it worked for me. I don't remember the exact discussion, but as I recall, it went down a path that discussed his provision of weapons in general to fuel Entropy's cause. At one point, the NO had the opportunity to ask whether Coaxmetal could make a weapon for him.

Anybody else?

The weapon you can get from him for nothing is the Blade of the Immortal (the one that can kill TNO, shaped like the Symbol of Torment), fable.

You do need to give him the Modron Cube to get the Entropic Blade. Furthermore, it can only be done after getting back to Sigil at the end of the game.

I never went to the maze, as soon as I got the cube I found him and gave it to him. I believ it sent me towards the evil side since he wanted ot be free to go kill (from what i remember- this was probably three years ago).
cool weapon.
I would be a serial killer if i didn't have such a strong distaste for manual labor

Yup, giving Coaxmetal the Cube is the single most Chaotic and Evil thing you can do in the game.
