How to get to Tribunal

It has been a long time since I played and I cannot find the book that came with Tribunal. How do I get there?

Wait until you're attacked by the Dark Brotherhood, then talk to a guard. They'll tell you where to go.

I could tell him where to go, but someone would yell at me. LOL.

When they tell you whom to see and you get where they tell you to go, he's difficult to find as he's not on the battlements where people say he is. He's also wearing the Imperial Templar uniform with no helmet, so he should be easier to spot.

yeah just get attack by the darkbrotherhood the go talk to appelles martain or some guy along those lines.
to get attacked by the darkbrotherhood keep sleepeing for 24 hours and do it often.
