Hiya, My name is Scorpio 7 I will help you with your problem since I beat all 3 expansions... You see, your NOT supposed crawl under the rocks. You walk near the hole and a box will appear as if going through a door. You have to wiggle the mouse around the hole in just the right position to get the "ENTER FALLEN ROCKS" box. I hope this helps. ;)
If you fall/get thrown into a pit of snakes...negotiate with them, if they don't want to negotiate? Start aggressive negotiations. (a.k.a. whip out your blade)

Tribunal: the weather machine

I did what you suggested and could not get the "Enter fallen rocks" box to appear.I wiggled the mouse all around the hole. Is there something I'm missing?I did notice that there are three different openings in the rocks : left side , center , and the right side. Is there any particular one I shoud try?

You "use" the black space like a door.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I always had trouble getting through that hole. Try the top centre.
