thinking...

Post by whittynamehere »

I was thinking, shouldnt I take my time and get all the experience nesscesary to level up enough and be strong. cause I was a soldier the first time i played the game, and my fights barely lasted seconds (obviously the from the strength a soldier has). But now I am a scout and I'm finding it very difficult to beat some foes. to sum it all up should I take my time and level up, ie. kill alot of Kath hounds or whatever, in order to be strong when I reach the more harder parts of the game?

The big debate there is whether you'd miss out on some force powers that you'd get by gaining more levels as a Jedi.

You realy dont need to level up as fast you can, most of the planets befor the Unknown word are all beatable at around 14th ......The Leviathan might be fun to go though at a lower level but by the time you get to it you should be atleast 18th if you did everything on each of the planets you visited. I liked taking my time though...I finished almost all the quests on all the planets (inluding the NPC quests in your party) withought getting the Starmaps first, then went to the Leviathan and so on and found it to be alot more fun then my first time though.
.......is it crazy in here or is it just me??

Force powers, or feats? Because I don't see how getting more levels as a Jedi would mean less force powers; if anything, the additional levels would seem to provide more force powers. :)
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Yes, fable, you're right. That was, in fact, the exact point of my statement-- leveling up early on in the game makes it so you cannot level up as much later when you become a jedi, meaning fewer force powers. I suppose I should've laid that out more simply, huh?
