how can i find the cavern of milk can someone give the excat directions fom ald ruhn please if u can.
And is there any way to stop these ashstorms

No, as far as I know you can't stop the ash-storms. They're just the weather of that area.

The Cavern Milk can be tricky to find and extremely easy to miss. It's west and very slightly north from Ald'ruhn and is located at the end of a path that goes north and curves northeast. It's actually marked on the paper map but not named.

Correct, although they do seem to abate somewhat both in frequency and longevity once Ur is dead.

HIGHLIGHT FOR SPOILER: Go west (almost due west form the shell) from Ald'ruhn toward the mountain range. There's only one pass through the mountains in that area. Once through the pass, the path will veer south then come to a sort-of-intersection. Turn right so you are again heading west for a few paces; there should be a fork in the road; go right and after a few more paces, take the (first) path heading north.

I remember there was a small map program for morrowind which had all locations on it. I don't remember the link to it, but maybe someone else knows.

The interactive map i once downloaded doesn't seem available anymore, but maybe this is of some use as well.
