No, I'm serious.
I've gotten to Manaan as a DJ and Kash as an LJ.
Every time though, someone says (oh, you should have gotten this stat/skill/power/feat/item bcuz:
Upgrading flurry and power attacks are wastes of feats
Throw lightsaber sucks
Your skill points are too low.
Lightsaber damage is based off strength, not dexterity!
Dueling only works if you use a single one handed saber.
Double sabers are better than one.
I'm tired of hearing new things over and over that show that I've picked everything wrong.
So, if someone can help me construct a perfect game: that is, starting stats, upgrading stats, upgrading feat, upgrading skills, which starting class, which jedi class, what weapons, what upgrades, what armor, what items, what party, and all of the above for the other party members I should use. This applies for both characters I'd like to make: a dark side and a light side.
I know this will take a while, but, as I said, I want the perfect Jedi, for both light side, and dark side.

That's an incredibly lofty request. I can tell you what MY perfect jedi would have, but that may not be in tune with your particular fighting style. It's impossible for anyone to tell you what the perfect character is for YOU in a game with such versatility in the fighting engine. Also, telling you what powers you Will need might give you some spoilers you may not want. But, overall, what you consider the perfect character depends on how you're going to use it.
If you could be a little more specific, I could maybe give you some suggestions as far as how useful certain powers will actually be. But, again, those suggestions will only be personal opinion and may not appeal to you.

I know you... A pace, a glance, a turn of the head, the flash of your throat as you breathe... -- they were all my spies!
i have some idea.
i want to have a well rounded character:
someone that can do tank through enemies (maybe w/ the critical strike combos) or maybe just power (depending on how many feats I have). I also want them to have reasonable hp, enough to survive mostly, but I find that healing powers more than make up for low hp usually. Probly a saber user. I also want to have a good amount of force and force points. I don't know if the smartest thing to get all of these is to try to get a lvl 2 non jedi and lvl 18 jedi, or not.
Finally, a good amount of sp. I don't know if the intelligence modifier to skill points works just for the scoundrel, or for the other classes too. Maybe if it works for scout, I can go for that (therefore have good hp-should i use toughness?) and the implants will allow me to have a higher amount of sp, hp, or fp.
lol probly didn't help at all.
Just a well rounded character who is focused on one combo (such as the critical strike attacks, purely speed and fully upgraded power attacks, or high force powers). Enough feats to do the combos and get whatever else I should need.
just give me your ideas on some good characters i could make.
(weaknesses in the character can be supplemented by other party members-but i don't want to carry t3 in my party if i have almost no sp, for example: that's why i like well rounded).

perfect jedi's
there are many ways to customize the characters:
try the scroundrel/guardian, it starts you with heavy skill points and then moves into the heavy feats with the guardian. since the guardian is basically the soldier of the jedi classes.
also try the scout/sentinel, they are pretty much the same, average progression in both.
also the solider/consular, starts off stong on the feats and then moves to strength in skills.
each of the combo's has its own strenghts, and weaknesses.
my first game was scroundrel/gurdian and the only thing i had trouble with was not having the skill points with the jedi level. since it is nice to have the skills to be able to do things.
