Tribunal quest

hi having difficulties with a quest that given to me heselth to investigate alexamia plans for the city. I am doing this quest in order to complete the three pieces of the trueflame quest. When i go to alexamia it doesn't come up with an option to speak to her about it. Will ise cheats if need be.

Just do the quests for Almalexia.
Maybe you have to talk to Fedris Hler (?) in the reception area first to get them?

yeah i have done them up until the three pieces for the blade are needed. To get one of the pieces of the blade i have to find information for hesleth about alemaxia plans. Any help would be excellent as i have been stuck for a week now.

Did you fight Karrod already?

If you did, did you try talking to him (if he lived) or searching his body (if he died)?

Maybe write down what quests you did till now?
I didn't run into that problem, so that might be helpful to find out where you're stuck.
