HELP i cant play BG2

Im having trouble playing BG2 the game keeps crashing. When i tried to enter the circus tent right after irenicus's dungeon it starts to load and then i get a black screen. Nothing else happens can anybody help me ?

try deleting your cache from the computer and from BG2 folder; other posts on this board are clear on how to do this. Other than that, go DL the patch for it and see if that helps. It's available from [url="http://www.avault.com"]www.avault.com[/url] for starters. Hope that helps some. You might also want to try a full install.
