Picking Pockets

Post by MidoriChan »

Any advice on how to sneak around really well and pick pockets when there are a bunch of people in the room? I have to get some key from some guy and there are four or five people in this little room with him... and when I attack him or try to pick his pocket two others come running also.
Me say – two minutes. It kill him in two minutes. You make bet?

It's because you are noticed on pickpocketing (or attacking, what on the circumstances is the same), altogether they aren't seeing you because you're sneaking well enough.
If you have to kill in such a situation, the best way is to do it with one shot from distance. You're going to have good marksman skill and strength, though.
Anyway, all is still ok if your crime isn't reported.

You also need to be really good, even with level 100 at both security and sneak, I still get noticed, so boosting those skills far above max is a must. Luck attribute might also be a factor. :D

ah, well, if you're talking about the quest I think you are, there's another quest that involves killing said people in the bar, so you could take the key off his corpse later perhaps...

You could taunt him, get him mad enough to attack you, then kill him. As long as he hits the first blow, you get in no legal trouble.
