BGII : the Collection - bonus weapons & armor download?

The recently released BGII: The Collection pack (see: http://www.interplay.com/games/product.asp?GameID=538) contains a bonus CD containing additional weapons and armor. I seem to vaguely remember seeing the contents of this bonus CD available for download somewhere, though I can't find it on the Black Isle or Bioware sites - does anyone have the URL for this?
