Can i use the backpack

I found a backpack on the first level of the temple. Can I use this to hold more junk or should I just sell it 7 sp.

Also how could one member of my original party have less experiance than the rest?

Dunno anything about backpacks

You use experience when crafting scrolls, magic weapons, etc., so that may be why one character has less.

That backpack belongs to a gnome captive on that very same lvl ...

In the end, the issue of different experience for party members (due to consuming experience in making items, etc) won't really matter, since they can only reach tenth level.

You also lose a level of experience everytime you Raise Dead or Resurrect a character.
