Bug fix needed

I created an ebony long sword with a permanent bound longsword effect. When I throw away the ebony sword the bound sword still exists. Anybody know how to destroy an item that cannot be dropped?

Is it equiped?

Cause I dropped my bound dagger once I unequiped it.

Initially you might drop the bound item (and pick up it latter as already permanent). Now, after all patches, you cannot. Most of time you just have to remove the CE item and bound item disappears. However it may also become permanent somtimes, i still haven't been able to figure out when, how and why save the fact that it happens sooner or latter if you keep the weapon long enough.
Altogether i wouldn't care so much about it, the sword (the dagger, the bow or whatever) is weightless anyway. Accept it as the gift of the gods and be easy
