Problem with Otis in Nulb ... and many others

If I go to Nulb, Otis says "I'm Done" then he attacks me. If I kill him everyone in town attacks me. I had a similar problem with Zert who died, i bought back to life then could no longer control him or get him to leave my party. He latter attacked me while i was under attack by bug bears. Also the Rouge from the bar who cheats, I asked him to leave the group and he attacks me. His naked body now shows up in the corner of the Welcome Wench. WHAT IS GOING ON. The more I play this game the more messed up everything becomes. I enter combat and for some reason half my guys have no power, those that can attack missed 14 times in a row (level 8), in one mission I was supposed to plant a robe on a guard whenever I drag the robe from my inventory it disapears.

Anythig like this happen to anyone else? I like this game but I am never going to buy Atari again. (i also purchased "The Matrix" with load of problems)

Yeah that happened to me with Otis too, it's probably a bug, or something you did like the Assassination mission where you kill Lodriss and everyone in Nulb starts attacking you.
