Ahhhhhh I Cant Talk To Tolub

WHAT THE HECK!!!
Ive had this problem from the start... its a bug obviasly.... cause i talk to the pirates where supposivly Tolub is supposed to be.... and it doesnt show a dialog... just some words above the pirates.....

If you know a patch or update that will fix this son of a -----
Tell me plz! I cant do any quests at nulb pretty much.... only thing i can do now is just go into the Temple with a lvl 4 party... which is practicly FUN but very confusing... cause im sorta behind the story i think.... i walked into the temple and nobody was there... not even the queen Zuggtmoy.... err is she supposed to be deeper in the temple? cause i overheard SOMETHING about it...

OH ahahahahaha thats just perfect... im waiting and mickey... for the orb of sah quest... wont even show up where he is supposed to.... its by the waterside hostel right? along the road\bridge right south-east from the entrance...

Cause ive been going through lots of probs and this is almost the worse yet...
