Learning a new spell from a scroll?

I may be just overlooking something obvious, but I don't see how to do this. In the book it says make a spellcraft check of dc 15 and if you succeed, you lean a new spell, but where do you start this action?

The option is somewhere in the redial menu, I don't remember where exactly but it is certainly somewhere in the redial menu.
