Treasure of Rainbow rock

Heya everyone, I still haven't finished my opening vignette-the treasure hoard of Rainbow Rock. I've looted everything at Rainbow Rock, but the quest still shows as unfinished. Any ideas?

yeah that silly rock is hard to find

find it in the middle of the map then go to st. cuthbert cleric and tell him about it

Done that. He tells me a bit about figurine of Zuuggtmoy and tells me I might be able to find out more at Nulb and quest still doesn't show as complete. Maybe I have to get more info in Nulb? so far learning about ToEE in Nulb and traveling there hasn't finished quest.
