Seeing as this is a comic forum, I thought I'd just recommend a very memorable one of the kind. Hope it's okay...

Heh. I've been following A Modest Destiny since day one, and have been loving every minute of it. :D

Some others I enjoy are:

Pokey the Penguin
Mega Tokyo
Ctrl-Alt-Del - Tragically L337

There are a couple others, but I don't remember the url's off he top of my head, so I'll get back to you later.

The ones I keep up with most often and find to be interesting...

Jack
Saturnalia
Scrued

And, of course, MegaTokyo is the top of my list.

I had a chance to meet Piro at CNanime this year. It sucks, because I didn't get to, simply because I didn't have the money for room and food for the two days it was happening :(

That, and my friend, who did meet him, now lords it over me

My 3 personal favorites:

1. El Goonish Shive

My favorite. A great comic (you need to read the archives as its one long story)

A shared 2. Ozy and Millie and A Modest Destiny (See the first post for link)

Two great comics. Worth a read.

Of course I also read DungeonCrawl.Inc and Ctrl - Alt - Delete. (both good comics)

I just remembered about this one:

VGCats

This is one I'm particularly fond of, because it's Canadian. Good game humour, as well (note: "Pika?" comic :D )
