Cantina on Koribaan

I'm playin through the game for the second time and just came off the Leviathan. However, I can't get the guy to come up to me and tell me to contact the Rodian running the cantina on Koribaan for the best weapons. I've left the planet twice and still can't get him to approach me. What do I do?

Just talk to the guy at the bar he'll know you

You wont get anyone to talk to you on Koribaan about it....Head to one of the other planets and walk around the landing bay, a twi'lek give you information about Mika Dorin's specialty shop on Korriban.

My first time around I got the twi'lek to talk to me on Korribaan. I don't know how he just came up to me and told me about the special weapons. So you see you can get him to talk to you on Korribaan.
