scrolls and spells

when i started out forming party i didnt take identify as a spell. i purchased it and others later. when i click on some of them there is no write maic to put it into spellbook. aso i find myself unable to use it as a scroll and cast these and others ive found wandering around. can someone please guide me as to how to use the scroll as an item and as to the write magic proble. i hav a cleric and a wizard. and ive checked as to which is supposed to use whch spell and at on what level thanks.

Perhaps you have a specialist wizard and those scrolls belong to the opposition school(s).

If that's the case, your best bet is to sink some points into Knowledge Arcana and Alchemy, and it won't be long before you can ID anything. My bard is a walking Identify spell.
