Quick question
J/w, is there any mods for BG2 that add two handed axes or hammers? I enjoy this feature in IWD and I would have like for the developers to include it in BG2, but I guess they didnt want to.
John 3:16-17
16-For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, so that anyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
17-Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
16-For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, so that anyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
17-Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
I don't know of any MODs that have such items, but it's easy to add such items to the game. All you have to do is make the item yourself (or have someone else do it for you), then put the new item in your OVERRIDE directory, and then give it to your character with the CreateItem command or by using Shadowkeeper.
If you can tell me exactly what you want, I'll see if I can make it for you. But other people who have more skill can probably come up with something more interesting than I can. The easiest thing to do would be to take an existing weapon (such as Crom Faeyr) and turn it into a two-handed hammer. You could add some extra damage to make up for the loss of an offhand weapon.
A while back, I tried to create a two-handed axe that did special kinds of damage, but I never figured out how to implement it. I wanted it to injure every enemy in a 5' radius on a critical hit and do a small amount of damage on every backstroke. I'm not really into weapons that do fancy things like casting lightning bolts twice a day or making the wielder regenerate--those things are more suitable for helmets, cloaks, and rings, etc. I just want my weapons to do a lot of damage, although a few special effects would be nice (like blinding a target or paralyzing him, etc.).

Well, I have to get my copy of BG2 back from my "friend" I made the mistake of letting him borrow it and now he wont give it back until I give him another game to borrow. But, thanks for the info. As soon as I get my game back ill look into it more, starting with downloading shadowkeeper. Later.
