This is basically the quest at the labour camp dealing with who is falsifying the orders and stuff.
It doesnt seem to be botched, however i already talked to the two people i needed to talk to and got information without diplomacy or intimidation. Let when i go back to Burne and the other guy i get no option to tell them what i know.
So is this quest botched or is it a bug?

Well, the only way to know if you botched the quest is if the quest in the logbook is in red and status of it says "botched".
IIRC, you have to have a character with Gather Information and Sense Motive as well as enough skill in Diplomacy and/or Intimidate. If you have a Paladin, Rogue, Bard, or Sorceror with high Charisma and they are trained in the first two skills mentioned, you'll more than likely be able to complete the mission. Overall, it's not that tough. You need to be able to understand the culprit's motives to sniff them out.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Galuf. But its been nearly 3 weeks in game time since i talked to them. I was told to wait for the foreman who never showed up. And there is nobody at the camp except for the cook. So i am confused on what i am supposed to do as i cant talk to Burne or the other guy about the quest. Any ideas?
