Help!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, here is what happened.

I just got finished killing Aseliip and the Frost Daedra. I got out of the lake, talked to Korst who said "Go back to Skaal and I'll meet you there later". So I did. I talked to Heart-Fang, he said something along the lines of "I trust you've completed your task"
'Goodbye'

As I was walking out, I heard dogs barking. When I opened the door and looked outside there was nothing. I went back in to talk to Heart-Fang but the same prompt came up again ^^.

I've tried numerous times to do this. I've done other missions, went back to Morrowind, and all sorts of stuff.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!

I want to become a Werewolf bad.

If this is a glitch, where can I get the ring to turn me into a Werewolf?

God Dammit, I hope somebody can ease my ire.

I don't know if you have to sleep here. I've tried sleeping and talking to him again, but it still didn't work.

I'm going to return GoTY and exchange it for another. I think the disc is ****ed up or some gay **** like that.
