I don't think Cespenar can make the Flail of Ages from scratch, but you can always use the cheat codes to make the Flail of Ages +3 and then have the imp add the extra heads to it. The item code is BLUN14

Do you have to have both heads from ToB before Cespanar can do anything with it? I have the 3 headed flail from SoA, and I just got the head from killing the dragon, but Cespenar can't do anything with it. I am guessing I need the 5th head before he can upgrade it, huh?

Which flail head do you have? The first one you get should be the poison head, which he can make into the Flail of Ages +4. I'm not sure if he can add the electric head before the poison head, but you don't need to have both for him to upgrade it.

Cespenar can only upgrade Flail of Ages +3 with the pioson head to +4 then with the electric head to +5. there is no other way.

HLD,

I think it's the poison head that you get from Abazigal, isn't it??? That's the one I have. And I had already forged the Flail back in SoA. Isn't the last head in Watcher's Keep??? I think that is where I am heading tonight when I get out of work. :)

I did part of Watcher's Keep before finishing Shadows of Amn and then went back after I finished Saradush so I could beef up Sarevok's XP before going on to the harder boss villains in Throne of Bhaal. So I had which ever flail head you get in Watcher's Keep to take to Cespenar first; I thought it was the poison head in Watcher's Keep and the electric head in Abazigal's Lair. The imp made me the Flail of Ages +4 for a while and then the +5 version when I got through with Abazigal.

--And, mikeheitz, you should requisition a high-end machine at work so you can Alt-Enter between BG2 and a spreadsheet when your boss comes around so you look like you're busy. At one time I had a Blackhawk game controller stashed under my desk to play X-Wing: Alliance "on my lunch hour".

HLD... Mine is a mid-high end machine (PIII 733, 256RAM), but being a Gateway with crappy built in video makes it pretty unstable. I've done some gaming on it on weekends when I have to come in for server stuff, but it's pretty unstable. :( Mucho crashes, and it's just not the best machine going for gaming. My PIII550 at home runs circles around this thing!
