I can't but the last living dwarf and Baladas can (if you give him the right books to translate.) I believe that the undiciphered words on the game map are in daedric. You could try to decode that I suppose by writing them down and then visiting those locations to discover the translated name of the daedric shrine.

There's transcription of Daedric letters to English at some places on the web. You hardly need more - i cannot recall any writings in Daedric except the ruin names on the box map.
