Troubles with continuing

I am still in Mournhold right now and I just got the Mazed Band for Almalexia. I think that now I am supposed to be informed that the Plaza is being stormed with creatures but I can't seem to get people to tell me that. I don't know what to do and have been at this for a while. Please give me any information or help with this. Thanx.

Any person will tell you there is an attack on the city going on, but you need to a guard first to trigger this quest.

If you can't get the people to tell you, rest for a day or talk to an ordinator or guard.
