Two things.
My AC -7 for my sorc keeps going back to -1, I have to fix it by unequipping ring of gaxx, staff of magic and ring of protection +2- is there AC supp to overlap or is this a bug?
Also, this time around, I killed Jaraxle- but when I warp back to Drowville, it puts me in some kinda loop. Are you just not supp to kill him or is this a mistake as well?

Your AC dropping sounds like a bug. I've never fought Jarlaxle, though I've encountered enough bugs in Ust Natha that I make an archive save after finishing each quest.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

The AC thing is a bug. Anything that sets base AC with stuff then piled on it does this. You're probably wearing the Robe Of Vecna or one of the Archmagi robes with a base AC of 5, or Bracers Of Defense. Unequip everything, equip the base AC stuff first, then pile on the bonuses (rings, staff, etc.) That's the onyl way to make it come out right.
