Importing BGI mage

Importing BGI mage

I know if you import a class like Paladin from BG you can pick a kit in like Undead Hunter in BG2. What I want to know is if you can import a mage to BG2 and make him a sorceror ( without Sk or any editing).

You can't.
But is it realy cheating when you use shadowkeeper?
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
