I just bought it and I can't find. It says NE coast of Odai River and S of Balmora. Where is it exactly? Give me instructions from the silt strider service.

Walk south along the west bank of the river past the bridge. A path breaks off and heads southwest up onto the plateau.

BUT
When you say you just bought it do you mean you are in House Hlaalu and that you have paid for you construction contract to start? If so, be patient; you will receive regular updates about it and in due time your stroghold will be built.

X marks the spot

Go to the area where your stronghold is supposed to be built. There is an "X" on your map just east of hla Oad that says Odai Plateau. Go there and you should see an Orc directing the construction of the stronghold. It won't be much yet and you won't be able to go in it. You should talk to the Orc and then report back to your Hlaalu contact in Balmora that is responsible for stronghold contstruction. Just be patient and after a few days you will get a journal update that says "The first stage of your stronghold is complete" - or words to that effect. Then you can go visit it and scope it out. Then go back to Balmora and talk to the Hlaalu woman in charge of strongholds again - she will tell you what you have to do next.
