exotic weapons
I noticed several exotic weapons, like dwarver waraxe or gnome hooked hammer mentioned in feats, manual etc but I haven't found any of them, not even non-magical, have any of you found them? where? is it worth specializing in them? I don't want to have weapon focus on a weapon i can't find...

Starting weapons
One nice little touch in ToEE is that if a character starts with a weapon based feat, then he'll have that weapon.
Even if it's a cleric with the War domain gaining marshal weapon proficiency with his/her god's favoured weapon.
The exception to this of course is if you bring a character into a game later on, as they always start naked.

I'd also thought I'd mention that - in case it would help - that Dwarves can treat Dwarven Waraxes as a martial weapon, as can Gnomes with the Hooked Hammer. That way a warrior of the reciprocal race can gain Weapon Focus in character creation and have that weapon at the start of the game. Still, since your looking for magical or masterwork versions of these weapons, I can tell you just a hint something more.

I've heard rumors that there are one or two Masterwork Dwarven Waraxes in some part of the temple. IF that is true, then you may be in luck.
Hope I could have helped you more. If you're looking for more information, tell us.

Dungeon Crawl Inc.: It's the most fun you can have without 3 midgets and a whip! Character stats made by your's truly!
You take Power Attack, Cleave, and the stuff leading to Whirlwind Attack if you feel really psycho.
Most classes except pure mages benefit from at least one level of Fighter. I always, ALWAYS give Rogues some Fighter; I also usually give Clerics one level of it. And the Paladin 7/Fighter 3 is an extremely interesting multiclass - all the Pally spells you'd get by then, decent turning and lay hands, plus some nice choppy-up Fighter stuff.
Bards will need to take one level of Fighter at least to gain the very valuable Manyshot feat.
