Favorite Morrowind Moment...
My favorite Morrowind moment was when I could first jump from canton to canton in Vivec. The bliss was unimaginable...
My second favorite moment was when I went on a mass killing spree in Gnisis, and even killed the gaurds. I knew then that I was all powerful.
Okay, come hinder around the fire and let me tell you a story of the legendary Galladrill.................
30 Sun's Height:
I was walking down the streets of Balmora, admiring the fine architecure and pretty women . I walked up the stairs to the Balmora Hlaalu Plaza and began talking to a man when I heard a giant roar behind me. It was a dragon.
I had never saw a dragon before; It's almighty appearance and shiny skin made me squirm. It flew rapidly toward me, but why me?!? A huge array of fire overcame me, blocking my vision and lowering my Endurance. Just then, I saw 5 gaurds rush to the scene, each with swords drawn, defending their town. They would rather die in battle than to be shamed by the people. The dragon let out a mighty howl. It turned around and breathed its firey breath all over the gaurds, killing 3 in the first hit.
I was damaged. My health was continuously dropping. I had to take shelter. I ran inside the Hlaalu Plaza and took rest.
I thought the dragon had gone; I was fully healed and ready for some more adventuring. But I was wrong, very wrong. I walked outside to a sleeping dragon, lying on the corpses of the dead gaurds and townspeople. I tiptoed around him as best as I could, but my sneak attempt failed. He awoke with a scream, a firey scream that engulfed me. I had to run. I jetted away from the scene, dragon on my tail. I found a rock to hide behind, but the dragon wasn't fooled. He flew over my head and flew in from behind followed by an electrical shock. I couldn't move, I was paralyzed. My system was stunned and disabled by the oh so powerful electricution.
I drank an Exclusive Restore Health potion, courtesy of Nalcarya of White Haven. For now, I was healed...
I knew I had to fight. I wouldn't be able to escape this giant beast unless I stood straight up and fought. I pulled out Trueflame, the only weapon I knew. I raised it above my head; the dragon glared at me through his beady eyes. We both stood still for a half second, not knowing who would attack first. It was me. I thrusted the sword as hard as I could into the dragons chest, with that, spilling out guts and blood. The dragon squealed the loudest noise on Tamriel. Yet it kept going.
Once again I was engulfed by a firey stream, dropping me to my knees and scorching my skin. I wasn't going to give up, not now, not ever.
I thought I was going to parish. My skin was charred, my Strength was low. Yet, with divine powers, I continued to fight.
I struck him one last time with all my soul, another shriek filled the air, shaking the Mushroom Trees.
He fell to his stomach, teeth exposed to my face. I had only the Strength for one more blow, and I used it.
Trueflame had served me well. I had slain a dragon. I pulled the heart out of his gushing chest. It was too hot for me to hold. Once again I slipped through the fingers of death. Once again, I proved fate wrong.

Okay guys, this actually is a true story (with the dragon mod). Post your favorite moments and storys. I'm sure this will be a fine thread.

Another good Morrowind moment was when I saw that crazy High Elf falling to the ground from the sky. I searched his body and found the Icarian Scrolls of Flight. I used them to jump over the ghostgate, although now I regret wasting them on that.
Another Morrowind/Tribunal fave was when I walked into The Chamber of Sotha Sil in the Clockwork City, and saw his lifeless corpse hanging off of a tangled up group of ropes. Man, I really wanted to actually talk with Sotha Sil, or kill him. I found him by far the most interesting character on TES. I wish dumb ass Amalexia wouldn't of slain him. What a waste of a god...
C'mon people, post your favorite moment!

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Favorite moment: I had a quick fight with a strange man I encountered in a Dwemer ruin. He just attacked me and I couldn't figure out why. After a brief fight I killed him. Some time later I noticed I got infected with something and headed for Tel Vos to buy a potion of cure disease.
I got distracted by a lot of stuff along the way though and this thing that infected me didn't seem to be doing me any harm.
After a long time I rested in yet another ruin, had a funny dream and suddenly I found I had a whole truckload of powers! Up until then I wasn't a great fighter, I had been focusing mostly on thieving skills, but now I was able to kick serious ass! I cleared out the rest of the dungeon without having to backstab! I could jump large distances! My strength and speed were terrific and whenever I got hurt I could just use my vampiric power to heal myself at the expense of others! I was estatic.
Least favorite moment: After clearing out the dungeon I stepped out. I noticed it was daytime. Clear blue skie. The sun was smiling down on me. You can guess the rest.

One thing is hearing Tahriel scream as he fell. That took me by surprise. Now that i see him (new game btw), I shoot him with an arrow.
Crassius Curio asking me to get naked, I laughed. And him calling me snookums and stuff like that.
And watching people look at me when I have nothin on me, and talking to them. "Puts some clothes on"

My favorite moment was actually a build-up. First I met with a Sleeper who told me all the mumbo-jumbo about Dagoth Ur. Eventually he told me to go the Red Mountain because my lord or whatever is calling. I did that as well. I wandered around the Red Mountain area for maybe two human days once I got there, and finally found Dagoth Ur. So now I get to Dagoth Ur, he says I can join him once I find the "tools". Now, then, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to look for, but after another 30 or so hours of wandering I found both tools. I bring them back, and he tells me I need to find the tools, as if nothing had happened. Later I find out that Bethesda took out the ability to join him. This is my favorite moment because it pissed me off so much I stopped playing Morrowind.

I just experienced a great moment. (For me that is. This is my first time through.)
I was trudging through Azura's Coast (sp) looking for some Imperial traitor. Wearing and assortment of Med and Heavy Armors (Orc/Dreugh/Imperial/Ebony) and sporting a great, if I may say so, Ebony Longsword I personally enchanted w/ a +30-50 fire dmg on strike. I was around Level 15-17, I can't remember as I played all day that day, when I engaged a Storm Achronach(sp), Shalk, and a Golden Saint at once. After the short, but intense battle, I was left stading w/ 10-20 HPs left and the bodies of my enemies laid at me feet. It was then I realised that I had been running through the lands killing Dremora/Hungers/Scamps/etc without even blinking. A great day for my Enchanter/Battlemage I would say.

My favorite is shooting cliffracers out of the sky. They deserve it.

My favorite moment is also the funniest. I was clearing out ald daedroth for the zaniab neravarine challenge and i stumbled across a orc that did not attack me. I talked to him and he said "Meow" i asked him his backround and he said I am(his name) the kahjit. I asked him about kahjit and he asked me if i liked his tail.
