I just got through doing the Cult Lair...went back up to the surface (Temple District) and according to the walkthrough that I have...there was supposed to be a demanding messenger (with info concerning Anomen) and also a young boy named Delon (to start another quest). The young boy is there...but not the messenger.
Is there another trigger...I have walked the Temple District...but no messenger.
I do have the SoA patch installed, but I installed it to my saved games after I heard there could be a possible bug with Anomen.

kill anomen and your entire party loot their bodies and go solo....

The messanger for Anomen doesn't show up in any particular place but instead at a particular time. Terl shows up the first time 5 game days after Anomen joins your party.
