Problem with Sadri Manor access

How do I unlock the door to Sadri Manor (Lock Level =90) to gain access to the private sewer entrance inside? I've tried a Master lock pick to no avail. What do I need to use and where do I get it?

You can try and boost your lockpicking skills, or you can try and find a scroll of locksplitting or some other magical spell means to open the lock from one of the vendors in the game.. Usually when I am playing a character with lowere level security skills, I wind up enchanting a ring with a spell that opens locks for me. That way, I don't have to worry with lockpicks, or having to get my spellcasting abilitie up in able to cast the spell. An enchanted item just works
