Stuck inside Ebon Hawk on Unknown Planet (Potential Spoiler)

Playing through the game as darkside, I forgot to get the parts required to repair the hyperdrive for the Ebon Hawk... And have finished the temple after rejoining with Bastila and killing off most of my party. Now, whenever I exit the Ebon Hawk to go pick up the parts, it jumps instantly to a cutscene between Bastila and myself that puts me right back inside the ship... and unfortunately my only save was made beyond the point of no return before discovering this game stopper. Would using the warp cheat break anything? and would i be going into sta_m45aa_loc? Or are there any other suggestions? Perhaps someone has found the item code for the 2 hyperdrive parts? I'd rather not use warp as it leaves a lot of room for more problems I've heard.
