lower keep problem

In the lower keep (catacombs level 3) I cannot open the door to room #7. There appears to be no lock, and no option to break open. I do NOT have a rogue in my party. Also the door seems to have some kind of trap, though i do not know what kind it is. There is a large blue annimantion much like a healing spell, when I set it off. Obviously I need to open this door to continue the game. Please help for my sanity depends on it.
