I was hoping that maybe one of you guys could answer me a few questions.
1. If i made an elf-druid, what henchmen would be best to go along with it?
2. Are single class characters weaker than multiclass characters?
3. What combinations of classes are good? Like a Ranger/Rouge so he gets critcal hit with an arrow.
I know some of these questions may seem stupid, and vauge, but im going to get back my disc soon for NWN and im not sure what kind of character too make. I know how to use spells, and i know that you have to rest to regenerate them and all. Could you guys help me choose a class or classes to make? The last time I played I was a fighter, and only a fighter =/
Thank you for your time.
Which works best?
1. One of the fighter classes would be helpful.
2. Single class tend to get sickeningly powerful at higher levels. Multi gets the best of both classes but takes longer to get to the higher levels.
3. (It's rogue not rouge) Mage/rogue, Fighter/rogue. Personally I like playing Paladins, kind of a fighter/cleric without the downside of multi-classing. Rangers should get critical hits with arrows anyway if they roll a 20, same for single class rogues.

1. I'd say get that Half-Orc bubba with you, and maybe Tommi. That way you got the healer/divine caster, the fighter, and the rogue to take care of the traps, I'd go with that at least, or you can get the mage type instead of a rogue.
2. A straight character is always better at one specific task than a hybrid, so the choice is between a jack of a few trades, or a master of one thing.
3. I was always compelled to try a monk/mage, could you see the possibilities of this deal with SotU? 20 levels of monks feats and evades, and all the wizzy spells? You could be a friggin monster, you fight without armor, both for a monk and an arcane caster...blast them with spells, while evading like a madman, so you won't get interrupted much, and if the worst comes to worst, pound them to the ground without too much trouble! It really sounds good on paper at least!
