Creator Level 1, am i a fool? help please

I have spent over 1 and 1/2 hours trying to open a door, I found the ring and gave to the big golem he said i may pass but there is a door that my rogue cant pick and its warded from spells,tells me i need a key??? where oh where is the key?
I feel like such a fool
please help thanks heaps

Is your game fully patched - cause that could sound as a bug?

patched? no game is just how i bought it, where do i get a patch and how do i install it?

Press the "Update" button at the main screen (where you select "Play", "Toolset" etc - is the second last button).

Always try to keep your game fully patched as this will eleminate (many) bugs.
