when i went from level 5 scout to level 6 i couldn't ad new feets is this normal

That said: did you check your manual? It lists the complete progressions for all classes.

i have a very busy shedule & i don't have much time to read manuals but yeah
i got a question i know i'm going to get level 7 but i'm still a scout & still on taris is this bad

Read the manual. It's short, and everything you want is in there. It is colorful. It is complete. It will answer this, and similar questions. There is no excuse. READ THE MANUAL. Do you think he'll get my point?
