Cloak of mirroring not working now?

i installed throne of bhall so that i could get past the lvl cap, and now my cloak of mirroring doesnt work.. it has a completely different looking effect as well no longer is it a staticky looking disc under my feet, now it looks more like a glowing white ball, like the spell immunity spell. is it bugged or did ToB modify it?

Also whenever i enter a new area, when i click to enter it my chars feet erupt into flame, it doesnt do damage but its strange

is this also a new effect of tob?

Not sure about the feet of flames, but ToB did indeed modify the cloak of mirroring so it wouldn't be so uber cheese.

Ahoy!!!

move out of the override directory in the game installation directory

clck26.itm

to a backup location...(btw...if you have tactics mod installed you will need to copy it back into the override directory since the game will hang sometimes in the last battle of soa if the file is not in override)

and you will get the old bounce cloak back.

Yes I have noticed the flames too but never looked into it. So its the cloak of mirroring?

urm...nope..that's actually due to changing into the slayer...a rest or reload should fix that...i am pretty sure either the baldurdash patch or tob official patch, which you should have installed both of them will fix it so it doesn't appear again after resting, or a reload...

was a bug from way back...before even the official tob patch was out, if i recall correctly...heck, i remember talking about it in the soa forum, before the tob forum was created...

I remember it happening whenever I entered a doorway not after resting, but as it was in the later chapters I figured it had to do with the slayer.

yea i had the feet in flames and and half circle of flame over me when i enter a new area its preety kool i thinks its from the tests in the plane not sure but i like it m8 make u look godly and **** it what i like about it. have fun playin like a god-child cya

Ive rested and reset the game tons of times and the flames stay, they dont bother me it looks pretty cool actually, and yes its just like the slayer transformation, same effects at least, without the light thing beaming down from the sky ^^
