What tatics I can do with limited wish?Also if you have 18 of WIS the WISH spell will always work?

As for your question: having a higher WIS doesn't mean anything works. Instead, it gets you some better multiple choice options that otherwise wouldn't be available.

Watch out for the wording of each question. Read 'em all well. If something sounds like a game-beater, then it will backfire in your face. Guaranteed.

I'll let others go into the really blatant spoilers.

urm...sometimes having a lower wisdom is of great benefit...

Wish options are random, higher Wisdom will get you better ones. Usually. Limited Wish options are always the same and also Wisdom dependant.
